OPEN POSITIONS:

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Premier Construction Services is actively seeking a Project Superintendent to lead its commercial construction projects from the planning stages of construction through completion. The Lead Superintendent should have a track record of competing group up new construction and finish outs on commercial projects ensuring successful delivery, within schedule and budget while also excelling in his or her ability to manage owners, venders, subcontractors, and field staff throughout each project.

Responsibilities:

Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects.

Manage project schedules.

Prepare and keep a detailed field log of the daily activities on the project worksite and meet with project management weekly to ensure successful coordination and completion of projects and effective site management. Manage subcontractor performance relationships.

Be responsible for the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.

Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.

Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives.

Qualifications: 

At least 5 years of Lead Superintendent experience required with commercial projects, preferably, in medical field construction. Offering competitive salary based on experience and proven work ethic. Some night and weekend work required.

SKILLED CARPENTERS – Applicants must be able to read blueprints, build/layout walls, preferred to have experience with metal studs, drywall, etc. Salary based on experience. 

LABOROR- Applicants must have strong work ethic and work well with others. Reliable   transportation to and from jobsites is required. Salary will be commensurate with experience. 

ALL applicants must have reliable transportation to job sites within the local CSRA area.
